Job Descriptions

1. Product Ownership & Strategy :

· Define and own the product roadmap for fraud prevention and security capabilities within digital banking platforms.

· Lead product backlog management and prioritization activities.

2. Requirement Gathering and Product Design :

· Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.

· Analyze existing processes and controls to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.

3. Solution Design :

· Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.

· Work closely with cyber-security, risk, compliance and development teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions.

4. Documentation :

· Develop detailed design specifications that include information on features, functionality, and user journey flow and user stories.

5. Product Development and Delivery :

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.

· Involve in the UAT and production rollout activities.

· Measure product performance and continuously improve fraud and security capabilities.

6. Stakeholder Engagement :

· Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Serve as point of contact for business solutions inquiries and support.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 8 years of professional digital banking or security-related role experience.

· Strong understanding of fraud prevention and digital security controls.

· Proven experience delivering fraud prevention or security solutions in banking or digital platforms.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Ability to work independently.
