Senior Director, Capital Projects

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Capital Projects to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This leader will oversee a portfolio of construction initiatives from early planning through successful delivery, ensuring projects align with business goals, timelines, and financial expectations. The role will partner closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to define scope, manage procurement, and drive execution. You will also provide oversight of project compliance, budgeting, and team development to support efficient and high-quality outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to delivery
• Lead project planning meetings to define scope of work and specifications
• Manage procurement by submitting bid requests and evaluating proposals
• Ensure project compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
• Oversee project budgeting and manage financial communications
• Maintain strong communications with executive team and stakeholders
• Develop and manage team members through effective recruitment and training

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management
