Senior Director, DAG Client Solutions - Data Analytics & Governance Practice

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, DAG Client Solutions - Data Analytics & Governance Practice to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This senior leader will shape service delivery strategy, operating model design, and client solutions execution across a complex professional services environment. The role will focus on aligning multidisciplinary teams, staffing models, quality controls, and innovation priorities to strengthen client outcomes and operational performance. The position also requires close partnership with delivery leaders to address significant client issues and support scalable, high-quality service delivery.

Location: Philadelphia, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,800 – $391,025 annually

Responsibilities

• Advise on delivery strategy and operating model
• Develop and lead an integrated client solutions strategy
• Design and implement an integrated client solutions operating model
• Maintain oversight of significant client delivery issues
• Lead staffing strategy and workforce planning
• Establish service delivery standards and quality controls
• Drive technology and innovation priorities to enhance client solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in eDiscovery, legal tech, or related fields
• 7+ years of management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in scalable service delivery models and operational performance
• Understanding of client service delivery and the eDiscovery lifecycle
