Senior Director, Global Enablement Programs (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Enablement Programs to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This leader will shape and scale global enablement initiatives that support commercial priorities across a complex B2B environment. The role will translate strategy into practical learning experiences, improve field readiness, and strengthen onboarding and ramp outcomes. In partnership with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, this leader will help drive measurable performance improvement through disciplined program design and data-driven evaluation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $294,000 – $308,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational global enablement programs aligned with commercial priorities
• Translate enablement strategy into actionable learning experiences and field execution
• Set clear objectives for programs and design deliverables around those goals
• Ensure consistency in program development, launch, and improvement processes
• Oversee new-hire onboarding strategy to enhance readiness and productivity
• Continuously assess onboarding effectiveness through data-driven evaluations
• Establish KPIs and measure the success of enablement initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or related fields, with leadership experience
• Proven track record in designing and leading scalable enablement programs in a complex B2B environment
• Experience developing effective onboarding and ramp programs for new hires
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs and interpreting performance data
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change techniques
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership capabilities, particularly with senior executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
