Senior Director HRIS Technology

We are partnering with an enterprise organization to identify a senior HR Technology leader who can bridge the gap between HR, IT, and enterprise architecture.

This isn't a traditional HRIS leadership role.

We're looking for someone who has built credibility through deep technical experience before moving into leadership, someone who understands integrations, enterprise architecture, data flows, APIs, system reliability, and HR platforms well enough to challenge technical teams while still translating complex technology into business outcomes.

The right person has likely:

• Led enterprise HR technology or people systems organizations
• Built or managed complex integrations across multiple platforms
• Partnered closely with IT, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and HR leadership
• Led large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives
• Built high-performing technical teams and developed future leaders
• Thrives in environments where strategy and execution go hand-in-hand
