• Financial Oversight: Own PL for operations; monitor budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Innovation: Implement technology-driven solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
• Executive Reporting: Present operational performance and strategic plans to leadership.

About You:

• Graduate/Postgraduate; 15+ years in facility management leadership.
• Expertise in operations strategy and governance.
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
