The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic and technical leadership across a broad scientific function, leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for developing and delivering complex biologics programmes.

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, scientific leaders and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while helping shape future capabilities and scientific innovation.

This is a highly visible leadership role with genuine influence across the organisation.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an established scientific leader with:

• Significant experience leading bioconjugation or closely related biologics development programmes.
• A strong understanding of process development, technology transfer and late-stage development within regulated environments.
• Experience building, mentoring and inspiring high-performing scientific teams.
• The ability to balance scientific excellence with operational delivery and commercial awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across technical and business functions.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and developing scalable scientific organisations.
