Senior District PSL Service Manager

About the Role

Job role is independently accountable for a large staff or support arm of the Production Enhancement Team Queensland. This position based in Brisbane, Queensland, with possible Fly In, Fly Out to remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Under broad direction, promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work.

· Promotes and encourages safety and service quality.

· Responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions.

· Champions the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL).

· Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL.

· Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs.

· Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL.

· Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources.

· Interfaces and works effectively with Service Leader and Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues.

Role Requirements

· Completion of an undergraduate degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations which includes experience in a Halliburton Service Coordinator role or Performance Development Coordinator role.

· 15 years of Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations experience, including experience in a Halliburton Technical Planner role may be substituted in lieu of undergraduate degree requirement.

· In-depth knowledge of Halliburton work processes and methods

· Working knowledge of applicable SAP modules15+ years of Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations experience, including experience in a Halliburton Technical role may be substituted in lieu of undergraduate degree requirement.

Pay: $205,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
