Senior Documentation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) requirements by implementing change controls, deviations, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and MDDM (Manufacturing Deviation Documentation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct investigations into non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials), Change Control procedures, CAPA implementation, Deviation investigation techniques.
• Proficiency in using SAP systems or other relevant software tools such as MDM (Master Data Management).
