Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in .NET 8+ and C#: ASP.NET Core
- Web API fundamentals: HTTP, REST, authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0/OIDC), OpenAPI/Swagger, API versioning.
- Application security: OWASP Top 10, input validation, secrets management.
- Distributed systems: eventual consistency, circuit breakers, idempotency.
- Message brokers: one of Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, or Azure Service Bus.
- Databases: PostgreSQL or SQL Server, plus Redis.
- One cloud platform, AWS or Azure: containers, storage, managed databases, queues.
- Kubernetes: deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps/Secrets, Helm charts.
- Architectural patterns: Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD.
- Testing: xUnit/NUnit, integration tests.
- Observability: Open Telemetry, structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing.
