Context of the assignment /Contexte de la mission

(NL) CLIENT is a dynamic organization where 170 people work within the IT department. It is a bilingual environment with both French- and Dutch-speaking stakeholders. Within IT, work is done using agile methodologies, and the eleven development teams are multidisciplinary. We are currently looking for an experienced .NET Developer to expand our team.

Each team consists of about ten people. The following positions and roles are represented in the team: Scrum Master , Business Analysts , Developers , Test Analyst , Ops Engineer , Product Owner .

Role

(NL) The experienced full-stack .NET Developer (frontend and backend) is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the .NET application. They work closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the product owner, and the scrum master to deliver functionalities in an iterative and incremental manner. The developer plays a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of new functionalities.

(EN)The experienced Fullstack .NET developer (frontend and backend) is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the .NET application. They collaborate closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master to deliver features iteratively and incrementally. The developer plays a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of new features.

Principales responsabilités/Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

(FR)

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# and .NET Core . Translate functional analyses into technical analyses and assist the business analyst in validating the technical specifications of the applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems: ensure the resolution of second-level incidents and provide technical assistance to colleagues.
• Continuously improve development processes and software quality: keep up with trends and developments in technologies and methodologies in the field.
• Implement automation and continuous integration using pipelines and unit tests to ensure stable and operational development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborating with the agile team in a SAFe environment: working closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master to deliver software iteratively and incrementally.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Prepare technical documentation and review that written by junior developers.

(NL)

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Prepares technical documentation and reviews documentation drafted by junior developers.

Experience and skills required/Vereiste ervaring en competeies

(FR)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• 3 years of work experience using Agile / Scrum methods.

(NL)

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• At least 8 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• 3 years of experience working according to Agile / Scrum .
