About the role
Create 2D/3D furniture technical drawings according to design specifications. Ensure drawings meet production requirements through detailed coordination and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Create 2D/3D furniture technical drawings according to design
- Create detail specifications for dimensions, construction, materials, and hardware
- Ensure drawings align with production requirements
- Conduct revisions and checks on drawings before production
- Coordinate with Designer, Production, PPIC, and Project Manager
- Assist in resolving technical challenges during production
- Review and mentor Junior/Staff Drafters
About you
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Understanding of furniture construction and materials
- Ability to read and create technical drawings
- Knowledge of furniture hardware and finishing
- Attention to detail in dimensions and drawing specifications
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Ability to coordinate and mentor team members
