ABOUT THE ROLE

The MRDI is looking for  香港微電子研究發展院現正尋找：

(Senior) Duty Technician, Emergency Responses (高級) 值班技術員（緊急應變）

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

• Perform routine EHS inspections across FAB facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. 在晶圖廠設施進行日常EHS巡檢，確保符合安全及環保標準。

• Maintain accurate logs and records of inspections, incidents, and safety observations. 負責巡檢紀錄、事故及安全觀察的日誌記錄及管理。

• Participate in emergency response and incident handling, including first response actions and coordination with internal teams. 參與緊急應變及事故處理，包括初步應對及與內部團隊的協調工作。

• Support monitoring of EHS systems and assist in identifying potential hazards or non-compliance issues. 協助監控EHS相關系統，識別潛在危險或不符合規定的情況。

• Assist in implementing safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and risk control measures. 協助執行安全程序、工作許可制度及風險控制措施。

• Support investigation of incidents and follow-up corrective actions. 協助事故調查及後續改善措施的執行。

• Ensure proper housekeeping of safety equipment, tools, and EHS-related materials. 確保安全設備、工具及相關物資的妥善管理。

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. 執行由上級指派的其它職務。

KEY REQUIREMENTS 主要職位要求

• A certificate or above in Diploma or above in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related disciplines is highly preferred. 持有環境、健康及安全、工程或相關學科證書或以上學歷優先考慮。
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Emergency Response, facilities, laboratory, or industrial environments. 具備2至3年於緊急應變、設施、實驗室或工業環境的相關工作經驗。
• Familiarity with safety regulations, hazard identification, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures. 熟悉安全法規、危險識別、事故報告及緊急應變程序。
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork mindset are essential. 具備很強的工作安全意識及團隊合作精神。
• Experience in log keeping, inspections, and safety audits is preferred. 具備巡檢、日誌管理及安全審核經驗者優先考慮。
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail. 具備高度責任感、安全意識及細心工作態度。
• Good teamwork and communication skills. 良好的團隊合作及溝通能力。
• Good command of Chinese and basic English; fluency in Cantonese is mandatory. 良好的中文語文能力及基礎英文語文能力；操流利廣東話為必要條件。
• Shift work (including overnight shifts) and rotational rest days are required. 須輪班工作(包括通宵班)及輪休。

WORKING HOURS  工作時間

• On a 12‑hour rotating shift basis, 2 rest days per week. Overnight shifts are required.
  以 12小時輪班制工作，週休2天，需接受通宵輪班。

  • 08:00 - 20:00;
  • 20:00 - 08:00

WORK LOCATION 工作地點

• Microelectronics Centre, Yuen Long InnoPark, Yuen Long Industrial Estate
  元朗工業邨元朗創新園微電子中心

The actual rank and position offered will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and experience. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A gratuity of 15% of the salary will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the contract. The initial employment contract spans 12 months and can be renewed with a longer tenure upon mutual agreement of the incumbent and MRDI. 實際職位及級別將按申請人的資歷及經驗釐定。薪酬將按資歷及經驗釐定。合約期滿並工作表現滿意者，將獲發相當於合約期內總所得薪酬15%的約滿酬金。初始聘用合約為12個月，並可在僱員及僱主雙方同意下延長。
