Senior DWH Analyst

🚀 We’re hiring: Senior DWH Analyst (Data Warehouse)

We’re looking for a Senior DWH Analyst to support the development and optimisation of complex Data Warehouse solutions within a large-scale banking environment.

This role focuses on data modelling, source-to-target mapping, ETL processes, and SQL , translating business requirements into scalable data structures and reliable data processing solutions.

📍 Location: Warsaw / Gdańsk / Wrocław (Hybrid – 1 day per week on-site)

🎯 Your mission

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into DWH specifications
• Design target data models and identify relevant source systems
• Prepare detailed source-to-target mappings and data transformation logic
• Design and optimise ETL and data processing workflows
• Develop, test, and validate SQL prototypes
• Collaborate with DWH Developers throughout implementation
• Test completed solutions and validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Coordinate technical changes within the Data Warehouse environment
• Prepare analytical and technical documentation

🧭 You bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DWH / Data Warehouse Analyst
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data modelling and DWH processes
• Very good SQL knowledge and practical experience with complex queries
• Experience designing and developing enterprise Data Warehouse solutions
• Strong expertise in source-to-target mapping and data transformation
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration
• Experience analysing data across multiple source systems
• Experience collaborating with developers on DWH implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Polish and English at B2 level or higher

✨ Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Databricks
• Experience with complex enterprise data environments
• Higher education in IT or a related field
