Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a professional and dynamic team.

In this role, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of complex business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, taking end-to-end ownership of development processes and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Design and implement complex business and technological solutions, from requirements analysis through production deployment.
• Develop Plugins, Custom APIs, Web Services, and integration solutions.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Take full responsibility for deliverable quality, including testing, documentation, and post-production support.
• Conduct Code Reviews, implement Best Practices, and maintain high professional standards.
• Mentor, guide, and share knowledge with other developers on the team.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and additional technology units.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process optimization using AI tools.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript development.
• Experience developing Plugins, Cloud Flows, Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with Azure Services and integration solutions.
• Experience working with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex tasks end-to-end.
• Advanced and ongoing use of AI tools, with the ability to drive responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies within the team.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the daily development workflow, such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools, while maintaining professional judgment and adhering to information security and privacy guidelines.
• Experience conducting Code Reviews, writing tests, and improving code quality.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including investigating complex issues and reducing resolution times.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
