Senior Dynamics Developer

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics Developer with experience in on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, particularly in on-premise setups. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions hosted on-premise.

Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics CRM solutions within an on-premise environment. Implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations specific to Dynamics CRM on-premise installations. Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in Dynamics CRM. Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enforce form logic and enhance UI functionality. Develop and maintain custom SSRS reports and SQL queries and manage complex data structures using Microsoft SQL Server. Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise systems such as ERP and legacy applications using REST/OData APIs or Web Services. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment in an on-premise context. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within on-premise Dynamics CRM environments. Write clean, scalable code and follow best practices tailored for on-premise deployments. Collaborate with system administrators to ensure on-premise Dynamics CRM environments are optimized and secure. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers, focusing on on-premise performance and security best practices. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of Dynamics CRM applications in the on-premise environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics CRM development, particularly those related to on-premise implementations.
