Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in NAV 2016 to Business Central migrations. The candidate must have personally executed at least two full-cycle upgrade projects, including development, data migration, testing, and go-live support. This role requires someone who can independently manage ERP upgrades, resolve legacy issues, and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end NAV 2016 Business Central migration projects (minimum 2).
• Analyze existing customizations, reports, and integrations and convert them into modern AL extensions.
• Handle data migration, validation, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Redesign business processes to reduce dependency on heavy customizations.
• Provide hands-on support to Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production teams.
• Develop integrations, reports, and automation as required.
• Troubleshoot system, performance, and data-related issues.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and implementation partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
• Minimum 2 complete, hands-on NAV 2016 BC migration projects.
• Strong experience in customization conversion, data migration, and extension development.
• Proficiency in AL, C/AL, SQL Server, APIs, and Web Services.
• Solid functional understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse processes.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Production and GST compliance is an advantage.
