Senior e-commerce

Role Description The Senior E-commerce professional at مجتمع المدينة لرأس المال البشري MHCC will oversee and optimize online sales channels, digital storefronts, and customer journeys. This part-time, remote role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination, while monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements to increase conversion and revenue. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align e-commerce initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms. The Senior E-commerce professional will also address customer inquiries related to online transactions, support digital marketing efforts, and provide strategic input on new e-commerce opportunities and technologies.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
