Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listings, and online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.

* Create, update, and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

* Monitor online orders, inventory, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

* Develop strategies to improve product visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales.

* Monitor marketplace performance, sales reports, and key business metrics.

* Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, product content, and customer support.

* Manage marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.

* Analyse competitors, pricing, product performance, and market trends.

* Identify opportunities to improve online revenue and profitability.

* Ensure marketplace policies, catalogues, and product information are maintained accurately.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.

* Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.

* Good understanding of product listing, cataloguing, inventory, orders, and returns.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce reporting.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to independently manage e-commerce operations and meet business targets.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate with 5+ years of relevant e-commerce experience.

* Proven experience in managing online marketplaces and driving sales.

* Strong understanding of e-commerce business operations.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
