Job Summary

Manage and optimize e-commerce business operations across multiple platforms to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure efficient inventory and order management.

Responsibilities

Manage all e-commerce business activities and operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, including e-merchandising and site layout to enhance user engagement and sales

Oversee product portfolio management on marketplaces by uploading, updating, delisting products, handling returns, managing defects, replenishing stock, and updating content to maintain accuracy and appeal

Collaborate with brand partners to acquire and update product knowledge, ensuring accurate and current information is reflected online

Monitor and analyze cross-platform performance metrics to achieve KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for strategic decision-making

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing materials that increase e-commerce revenue

Work closely with merchandising and packing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment

Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and activities across all online sites to maximize sales opportunities

Manage order transfers, cancellations, and returns within the e-commerce system to maintain operational accuracy

Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns across all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to ensure timely and accurate customer service

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction

Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required to support business objectives

Plan and forecast inventory requirements and pricing strategies ahead of sales campaigns to optimize stock availability and profitability

Monitor and manage inventory accuracy across e-commerce and ERP systems to maintain healthy stock levels aligned with sales forecasts

Provide monthly reports on e-commerce activities including sales, average order value, online vs. retail sales ratio, conversion rate, cost-to-income ratio, and web sessions to inform management decisions

Analyze and report on e-commerce KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong goal orientation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners

Capability to multi-task and operate independently in a fast-paced industry environment
