Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the E-commerce team and oversee Shopee, Lazada, and the company’s own e-commerce platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s e-commerce business, increase online sales, and explore new growth opportunities.
• Manage online dealers, product listings, pricing, campaigns, promotions, and sales performance.
• Monitor e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Manage e-commerce budgets, dealer incentives, commissions, and operational costs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis for management.
• Improve SOPs and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in mother and baby products, FMCG, or retail.
• Experience in team leadership, e-commerce business development, and marketplace management.
• Good knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, and e-commerce website operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and drive business expansion.
