Senior E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TikTok Shop management, campaign execution, digital advertising, and affiliate livestream coordination, with a strong focus on driving sales and improving store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. TikTok Shop Management & Operations

Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, store maintenance, banners, and promotional content.

Set up and manage campaigns, vouchers, flash deals, product bundles, and gift-with-purchase promotions.

Monitor store performance, product availability, order fulfilment, and customer service KPIs.

Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure promotional support, vouchers, and product exposure.

2. TikTok Ads & Performance Analysis

Manage TikTok Ads for product sales and livestreams, including budget allocation, monitoring, and optimisation.

Analyse sales performance, campaign results, pricing, and promotional mechanics to identify opportunities for growth.

Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to improve store performance and sales conversion.

3. Affiliate & Livestream Management

Coordinate affiliate collaborations, product seeding, and livestream partnerships.

Source and evaluate affiliates using TikTok Shop performance data and competitor insights.

Plan livestream promotions, including vouchers, flash deals, giveaways, product bundles, and advertising support.

Brief in-house livestream hosts on campaign themes, product highlights, and promotional mechanics.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Marketing and Design teams on campaign creatives, banners, thumbnails, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with Logistics, Sales Administration, Finance, and Customer Service to support smooth daily operations.

Monitor inventory levels, plan stock clearance activities, and ensure sufficient stock availability for key products and campaigns.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in

TikTok Shop management and operations

is highly preferred.

Familiarity with TikTok Ads, campaign management, affiliate marketing, and livestream operations.

Strong understanding of e-commerce promotional mechanics, including vouchers, discounts, bundles, and flash deals.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse sales and campaign performance.

Experience with Kalodata or other e-commerce analytics tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with a passion for growing online sales.
