Our sister concern, Healthy Bisbarex, operates in the health and nutrition product category. As the business continues to grow, Healthy Bisbarex is preparing to move toward in-house product manufacturing, creating a broader operational ecosystem from product development and production to inventory, sales and distribution.

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager (Operations) who can take ownership of our day-to-day E-commerce operations and play a key role in building scalable business processes across Care Bangladesh and its sister concern.

About The Role This is a senior, hands-on leadership position for an experienced E-commerce professional who understands that successful online business goes beyond generating orders.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete E-commerce operation — from order management, sales operations and customer experience to inventory, fulfillment, team performance, logistics and operational reporting.

The role will also involve working closely with the management team and relevant departments of Healthy Bisbarex as the business moves toward in-house manufacturing, including demand planning, inventory coordination, procurement and production-related operational coordination.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify problems, build processes, manage people and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Operations

• Take overall ownership of the day-to-day E-commerce operations of Care Bangladesh.

• Manage and optimize the complete online order lifecycle.

• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, Inventory and Delivery teams.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.

• Develop and maintain effective SOPs for recurring operational processes.

• Ensure operational activities are aligned with overall business objectives.

• Sales & Order Management

• Monitor daily orders, sales, order confirmation and fulfillment performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Monitor cancellation, return, failed delivery and customer complaint rates.

• Identify the reasons behind lost orders and implement corrective actions.

• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize conversion and revenue opportunities.

• Develop processes to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

• Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, manage and develop E-commerce operations teams.

• Set clear responsibilities, targets and KPIs for team members.

• Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
