Senior E-commerce Officer

About the role

Responsible for overall operation and delivery of major HK e-commerce platforms (HKTVmall, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, official website, etc.).

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform strategies, campaign planning, traffic and conversion optimization to boost exposure, CTR and repurchase rate
• Product listing optimization: title SEO, visuals, pricing, inventory, review management and store rating maintenance
• Liaise with platform managers/agents, apply for official campaigns and resources to secure traffic support
• Data analysis: daily/weekly/monthly reports, review traffic, conversion, and deliver actionable improvements
• Coordinate with supply chain, CS and logistics to ensure order fulfillment, after-sales and user experience
• Monitor competitors and market trends, iterate strategies and drive product/category growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years senior e-commerce operation experience in Hong Kong
• Proficient in Hong Kong e-commerce rules, traffic logic, campaign mechanisms and ad tools
• Proven track record of 0-1 store setup, bestseller building and GMV growth
• Proficient in Excel/analytics tools; data-driven, strong in review and strategy optimization
• Good Cantonese/English/Mandarin; fluent written communication; strong cross-team coordination
• Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, proactive and independently responsible for full-platform operation
