Senior E-Commerce Specialist

Job Overview

The Senior E-Commerce Specialist owns total sales performance across all of Up&Under's channels — leading e-commerce today, and building the foundation for offline retail as the brand expands. This is a P&L-minded ownership role, not an execution-only position: you set the commercial strategy, drive revenue and margin across marketplaces and brand-owned channels, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Up&Under's brand standard. You'll own the number, build the system, and grow the channel mix as the brand scales.

Scope: All sales channels — Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), brand-owned (Website) and future offline retail (pop-ups,owned stores).

What You Own (Core Responsibilities)

Commercial Ownership

• Own the total sales number across all channels — set targets, forecast performance, manage channel-level P&L, and drive both revenue growth and margin health (not just top-line)
• Build the channel strategy: define the role of each channel (acquisition vs. retention vs. margin), manage trade-offs, and avoid channel cannibalization
• Manage promotional calendar and discount strategy with a margin lens — protect brand equity while hitting commercial targets

E-Commerce (Core Today)

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and brand-owned channels — listings, merchandising, search optimization, conversion, and customer journey
• Plan and run major campaign moments (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, brand launches) and live streaming, aligned to brand and commercial goals
• Own the platform performance system: traffic, CVR, AOV, retention, cancellation rate — diagnose and act, don't just report

Offline Expansion (Future Mandate)

• Build the commercial and operational playbook for Up&Under's offline entry — pop-ups, retail partnerships, and eventually owned retail
• Ensure pricing, inventory, and brand experience stay consistent across online and offline (true omnichannel, not siloed channels)

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, and Performance teams to drive qualified traffic and convert it
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service on fulfilment, stock, and post-purchase experience
• Develop commercial partnerships with platforms, marketplaces, and distribution partners (incl. fee negotiation and pilot structuring)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in e-commerce / commerce management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands
• Demonstrated ownership of a sales target and channel P&L — comfortable being measured on revenue and margin, not activity
• Deep hands-on expertise across Thai marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Strategic + operational: can set channel strategy and execute the daily detail
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement — fluent in marketplace dashboards, GA, and Excel; data-driven but able to act on incomplete data
• Strong sense of brand — protects desirability and taste while driving conversion
• Bonus: exposure to offline retail, or distribution expansion
• Good English; Thai-native preferred for local execution
