About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Specialist to run online stores across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu and TikTok Shop, both for our clients and for our own projects. This is a solo role: there is no dedicated e-commerce team, so you will handle everything from daily operations to growth, working independently and reporting directly to management.

Responsibilities

* Own the complete e-commerce operation end to end, with no hand-holding

* Set up, manage and optimize stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, TikTok Shop and other platforms you have worked on

* Create and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory across all platforms

* Plan and run marketing campaigns, promotions and paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads)

* Handle SEO, email marketing and conversion rate optimization

* Manage orders, suppliers, fulfillment, customer queries and returns

* Track sales, traffic and performance, and deliver clear reports with recommendations

* Communicate directly with UK and US clients, including updates, planning and requirements

* Research competitors, trends and new product opportunities

* Build processes and keep all store operations organized without needing a team

Requirements

* 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing stores independently

* Proven experience working with UK or US-based clients, including communicating across time zones

* Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu and TikTok Shop, plus any other e-commerce platforms you have worked on

* Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising and conversion optimization

* Ability to manage multiple stores and tasks alone and meet deadlines

* Strong written and spoken English

* Strong skills in spreadsheets, reporting and data analysis

* Self-motivated, organized and comfortable making decisions without supervision
