Senior E-Invoicing PMO / Project Manager

Context

Within the Information Systems function of a large international group, the department responsible for Finance, HR and Legal applications acts as a trusted technology partner to the business functions. Its mission is to support business teams and accelerate the transformation, modernization and standardization of processes and systems.

In this context, the Group is deploying a multi-country e-invoicing and e-reporting solution. The programme aims to ensure compliance with local tax requirements, standardize information exchange, storage and archiving practices, and support adoption across Finance, IT and business teams.

Missions

• Manage the multi-country rollout of the e-invoicing and e-reporting solution across the assigned countries.

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and forecasts.

• Coordinate Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders, as well as external solution providers.

• Oversee technical activities and integrations, ensuring scalability, security, performance, reliability and compliance with privacy and GDPR requirements.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues and mitigation actions, escalating when required.

• Lead change management, stakeholder awareness, training and supporting documentation.

• Report project progress, budget, risks and issues to the Programme Manager.

• Coordinate post-go-live activities, including performance monitoring, support, maintenance and continuous improvement.

• Reporting line: E-Invoicing Programme Manager

• Key stakeholders: Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Compliance, local business teams and external solution providers

• Languages: English and French are mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage

Working Conditions

• Contract: Consulting / Interim assignment

• Duration: Minimum 12 months

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Location: Paris area, France

• On-site presence: 3 days per week

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO and complex ERP or business-solution deployments
2. Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations in a multi-country environment
3. Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes within multinational organizations
4. Good understanding of Finance processes, tax compliance and information flows
5. Strong project-management skills, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk and issue management
6. Experience coordinating business, Finance and IT stakeholders, external providers and technical integrations
7. Experience with leading e-invoicing platforms would be an advantage
8. Fluent English and French are mandatory
9. Strong personal drive, assertiveness and the ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams to meet demanding deadlines
10. Structured, rigorous and highly organized approach to programme delivery
11. Proactive, pragmatic, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment
12. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
13. Comfortable interacting with both IT and business teams at local and international levels
14. Strong team spirit, discretion, ownership and accountability
