Senior Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize brand presence across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales performance.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, platform representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze key performance metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and product performance.
• Manage assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility to maximize marketplace performance.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform features, and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Digital Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce ecosystems.
• Experience handling campaign planning and execution within marketplace platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a media, digital, or advertising agency.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising solutions (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Experience working with FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Consumer Goods brands.
