Senior Ecommerce Specialist

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
• Experienced in managing official brand stores on marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, marketplace campaigns, and traffic optimization.
• Experienced in setting sales targets, forecasting, and promotional budgeting.
• Proficient in marketplace dashboards, data analytics, and sales reporting.
• Capable of managing pricing strategies, vouchers, flash sales, and major campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team (Admin, Packing, Content, Host).
• Able to analyze sell-in, sell-out, conversion rates, and promotional ROI.
• Target-oriented, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis).

Job Desc:

1. Oversee all e-commerce and marketplace operations, including traffic management, sales performance, conversion optimization, and reporting.
2. Develop and execute e-commerce/marketplace strategies to drive sales growth and maximize brand visibility.
3. Collaborate closely with marketplace partners to secure optimal deals for sales and brand exposure.
4. Partner with the marketing team to design high impact promotions that boost sales and drive traffic acquisition.
5. Prepare and deliver performance reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. Supervise and monitor live stream sales activities to ensure consistent performance.
