Senior Editor / Managing Editor – ICT

Main Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage the ICT editorial team, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure the successful delivery of educational products.

·       Develop and execute content strategies for ICT educational products, including textbooks and digital learning resources.

·       Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and financial controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

·       Collaborate with internal departments, including digital product development, marketing, sales, and production teams, as well as external authors, reviewers, schools, and other education stakeholders.

·       Identify market opportunities, educational trends, curriculum developments, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and business growth.

·       Monitor market feedback, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support product enhancement and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

·       A university degree in Education, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

·       Strong understanding of the Hong Kong ICT curriculum.

·       A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, e-learning, educational publishing, or content development is preferred.

·       Familiarity with AI applications in education, learning analytics, LMS platforms, and digital content development.

·       Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
