Senior Educational Planner

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans.
• Follow up on sales activities and ensure progress toward targets.

2. Lead Generation

• Conduct telesales and follow up with potential customers.
• Support sales activation events and other customer acquisition activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and generate referrals.

3. Education Consultation & Sales

• Conduct pre-consultation and arrange appointments with parents.
• Consult parents on suitable courses and learning programmes.
• Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with leads throughout the consultation and conversion process.

4. Customer Payment

• Handle payment transactions for new customers through the system.
• Coordinate cash handover with the relevant Finance/Accounting team.

5. Lead & Sales Management

• Manage leads and ensure timely follow-up and actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly lead and sales reports for the Sales Manager.

6. Performance KPIs

• Monthly lead target
• Monthly sales target
• Closing rate target

Education

• College/University graduate is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in sales, counselling/advising, or customer service .
• Good product knowledge and strong sales orientation.

Skills

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
