• Participate in the preparation of EHS system documents applicable to the actual situation of the plant, and update the system documents timely in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, and be responsible for managing relevant documents and records
• Organize the identification of risk sources, risk level assessment, and formulation of risk control measures for the plant in cooperation with relevant departments.
• Participate in safety audit & acceptance of new equipment, and follow up until related issues are closed.
• Organize training and drills on EHS-related knowledge (including plant-level safety training for new employees, EHS publicity activities) to improve employees' awareness of safety and environmental protection.
• Implement regular EHS inspections, stop behaviors and statuses found to be non-compliant with EHS system requirements, and collaborate with responsible departments to find out the causes, monitor and follow up the implementation of corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations during the construction and operation periods of the plant, including tracking the implementation of three simultaneity of construction project, compliant operation of EHS equipment, management of special equipment, and management of chemicals and hazardous waste.
• Organize relevant departments in the factory to participate in internal and external audits of ISO14001, 45001 and other EHS related systems, and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures for open issues.
