Senior EHS Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field such as Chemical Manufacturing or API production.
• Strong knowledge of speciality chemicals used in pharmaceuticals, including dyes and pigments.
• Experience working with chemical manufacturing processes and understanding of relevant regulations like OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
