Senior Electrical Design Manager

Our client:

• Engineering Industry
• 5.5 Days, Office Hours
• Kallang
• UP $13,000 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of at least 5 mechanical engineers and designers for cleanroom HVAC, process piping and utility system projects
• Provide technical direction and conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with applicable standards and client specifications
• Establish and maintain design standards, best practices and quality control processes for all deliverable (drawings, models, calculations)
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, training and performance guidance
• Manage project schedules, budgets and support business development activities including proposals and specifications

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 7 years of Mechanical Design experience in HVAC, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Ability to understand Engineering codes / standards / regulation (ASHRAE, ISO, SS) required
• Possess strong knowledge in HVAC Design / Process Utility Design / AutoCAD / Revit
