Your impact:

You have the opportunity to play a key role in R&D team to design medical device product for global market.

岗位职责

• 负责产品系统和子系统解决方案的设计、优化、实现、全生命周期管理及验证工作。
• 根据用户需求、业务需求、法规要求、质量和成本目标开展设计工作。
• 整合现有及外购元器件，形成完整产品或系统解决方案。
• 完成设计和集成工作，制定验证计划，测试、分析并验证设计质量。
• 向项目经理提供规划输入，制定工作计划并规范汇报项目进度。
• 按照设计控制流程要求完成相关技术文件。
• 独立承担开发任务，根据技术规范开发新产品相关模块。
• 完成上级交付的任务

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, check and optimization, realization and integration, life-cycle management, and verification of (elements and parts of) products, systems and/or solutions.
• Develops the work with focus on user and business requirements, compliance, quality and cost. Develops high level and detailed designs in accordance with the product requirements and Heartstream reference architecture requirements.
• Combines existing and/or purchased elements and parts into (elements of) products, systems and/or solutions.
• Finalizes the design and integration and writes verification plans for the developed elements and parts. Tests, analyses and verifies the quality of the design.
• Is responsible for delivering input in the planning process to the project manager. Draws up personal schedules and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way.
• Ensures that documentation takes place according to the provided templates from the design control processes
• Carries out, independently and according to own judgement, targeted development assignments, the broad outlines of which have already been indicated. Develops parts of a new product according to technical specifications on the basis of familiar technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

我们期待您具备

• 电气工程专业本科及以上学历；8 年以上扎实的技术工作经验；硕士学历优先。
• 具备医疗器械开发经验，了解 ISO/IEC 60601 标准及医疗器械开发流程。
• 精通系统级 EMC（电磁兼容）设计、问题分析解决、电源拓扑和安全设计；具有高压电路设计经验者优先。
• 熟悉医疗器械开发文档输出架构、要求，包括需求、详细设计、测试计划及测试报告等。
• 具备持续改进意识，积极主动，自我驱动并富有创造力。
• 能够推动项目团队解决技术难题，并推进开发计划达成项目里程碑。
• 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

You’ll thrive in the role if you have the following:

• 8+ years of strong, technical experience, BS in electrical engineering required, MS in electrical engineering is preferred
• Experience with medical device development, understanding ISO/IEC 60601, medical device development basic process and procedure
• Skilled in system-level EMC design, trouble shooting, Power topology, safety related design. High voltage circuit design preferred
• Be familiar with medical device development deliveries structures and output, requirement, detail design, and test plan and reports.
• Continual improvement focused, proactive, self-directed and creative.
• Capability to drive project team internally for technical blocking issues, development plans and milestone.
• Good in English reading, writing, and speaking.
