What You Will Do:

• Design and create electrical schematic for automation equipment based on project requirements.
• Identify project’s risks and propose solutions.
• PLC programming base on project requirement.
• Generate and maintain the design for electrical schematic and electrical related documentation.
• Study and research on schematic for build-to-print project.
• Analyze current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
• Create BOM and issue PR for all electrical items for the entire project.
• Provide technical consultation for project manager and customer from time to time.
• Advice project manager and project application and sales team for components substitution.
• Onsite support for any electrical and control related issues if required.
• Must be willing to travel overseas.
• Guide Junior/assistant engineer on electrical and control-related issues.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Robotic) or equivalent.
• At least three to five years (3-5) of working experience in the related field is required for this position**.**
• Experience in wiring diagram and electrical design schematic for automation industry using Electrical schematic software such as Draftsight/AutoCAD Electrical/ SolidWorks Electrical.
• Experience in equipment control system/machine automation design and programming.
• Programming of PLC/PC or Microcontrollers, GUI device and Motion Controllers is an advantage.
• Familiar with CE and UL standards.
