Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Site Supervision — Oversee daily electrical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Technical Coordination — Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Material & Shop Drawing Review — Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Site Inspections — Conduct inspections for electrical installations including LV systems, lighting, power distribution, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Work Progress Monitoring — Track daily progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
• Authority Compliance — Ensure all works comply with ADDC, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority standards.
• Testing & Commissioning — Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.
• Team Leadership — Supervise and guide site electrical teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Reporting — Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on electrical progress and site activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in site‑based electrical engineering within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, electrical systems, and authority regulations.
• Proven experience in high‑rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
• ADDC approval or UAE authority certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,705.57 - AED17,290.19 per month
