Job Highlights

1. Monitor and analyze the overall operation status of the data center through the DCIM/BMS/SCADA system, respond to the alarms triggered by the data center systems 24/7 and coordinate the team members to conduct on-site diagnosis and analysis of the alarms.

2. As the on-site commander in case of emergency, coordinate and command the resources within the team to perform emergency recovery operations according to the EOP document.

3. Create a knowledge base document for on-site fault diagnosis and maintenance of the data center and assist in continuous optimization.

Job Responsibilities

4. Formulation of Electrical Operation Strategies: Development of data center operation strategies, cabinet capacity control, PUE optimization strategies, etc.

5. Technical Review: Technical review of major maintenance actions for electrical facilities, review of weekly/monthly reports, and review of annual data center drills and maintenance plans.

6. Fault Handling and Analysis: Guidance on professional handling of severe and major faults, as well as post-incident fault analysis.

7. Maintenance Plan: Development of the annual electrical maintenance plan.

8. Responsible for the availability and continuity of the data center power distribution service indicators.

9. Responsible for the service recovery of each system in the data center within the specified SLA time limit.

10. Responsible for responding and diagnosing the monitoring alarms or event ticket of each system in the data center within the specified time limit.

11. Ensure that the quality of various services provided by the team (such as inspection/fault diagnosis/emergency drills) meets the quality requirements in the SOW.

12. Liaise closely with facility managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate resources and resolve on-site issues.
