Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, managing site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality and timely completion of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage electrical works at construction project sites.

* Review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.

* Monitor installation of electrical panels, cabling, conduits, earthing, lighting, and power distribution systems.

* Coordinate with civil, mechanical, planning, and project teams.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety standards.

* Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and work progress.

* Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality checks.

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.

* Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.

* 10–12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of electrical installation, site execution, and project coordination.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to work at project sites as required.
