Your team

You will join a multidisciplinary platform development team of product managers, development engineers and deployment engineers. Together, the team develops the mechatronics and controls solutions of the future. It also provides development and deployment expertise for complete system solutions.

Your role

As Senior Electrical Engineer, you play a key role in the electrical design of the platform. Your work covers power distribution and hardware architecture as well as the electrical system library, design files and deployment files.

• You work within a platform-based approach: a solid set of engineering standards.
• Every quarter, you help roll out updates of these standards to the global organization through platform releases.
• For major new developments, you work with subject matter experts to make sure training and documentation are ready for a successful product introduction.
• You contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• A key focus is professionalizing the EPLAN Automated Engineering landscape. You will use and help mature EPLAN eBUILD and ProPanel to create standardized, automated and reproducible engineering deliverables.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of power distribution systems, hardware architectures and industrial networks
• Strong EPLAN knowledge is required
• Hands-on experience with EPLAN eBUILD and ProPanel is strongly preferred
• Experience with Cogineer or similar automated engineering tools is a plus
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
• Process-driven team player, eager to learn, able to balance proactive and reactive work
