Job Type : Full Time Location : Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits Job Description What you will be doing:

• Design and develop RF assemblies, analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry.
• Create detailed schematics and oversee the layout of complex high-frequency printed circuit boards.
• Design test fixtures, support prototype bring-up and testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers to strengthen the engineering team’s capabilities.

Experience you will need:

• BSEE or MSEE required.
• 5–10 years of experience designing and developing complex electronic systems.
• Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply architectures.
• Expertise in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design and layout.
• Strong laboratory skills with experience using RF and electronic test equipment.
• Experience designing test fixtures and supporting prototype evaluation and validation.
• Ability to analyze system-level tradeoffs, identify technical risks, and develop effective engineering solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring, training, and supporting the development of less experienced engineers.
