The Opportunity

Harper Harrison is working with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects in Las Vegas. The successful individual will bring a strong background in managing complex commercial construction projects, with particular interest in candidates who have delivered data centers, major resorts, large commercial developments or multifamily construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of significant projects while supporting the development of junior Project Managers and wider project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Assume overall accountability for project financial performance, schedules, budgets and client satisfaction.
• Direct and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and project delivery personnel.
• Manage project forecasting, profitability, change orders and commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, developers, owners and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement strategies, workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across multiple project workstreams.
• Ensure effective coordination between field operations, project management and senior leadership.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality and operational performance.
• Support future project opportunities and long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Significant electrical construction project management experience, ideally including leadership of large and complex projects.
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical construction contracts.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
• Previous experience working for an electrical contractor is strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering data centers, major commercial projects, resorts or multifamily residential developments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability.
• Willingness to be based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
