Electrical Maintenance

• Perform electrical maintenance of production machinery used for lug manufacturing, including presses, crimping machines, cutting machines, annealing/furnace equipment, plating systems, compressors, and material-handling equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machines, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, contactors, relays, and PLC-based systems.
• Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum production downtime.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Inspect electrical panels, MCCs, PCCs, distribution boards, motors, cables, and control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, VFD/AC drives, HMI, temperature controllers, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, and other industrial automation components.
• Perform electrical installation, modification, and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot three-phase motors, star-delta starters, DOL starters, soft starters, and motor control circuits.
• Maintain plant lighting, emergency lighting, earthing, electrical distribution, and utility systems.
• Assist in electrical maintenance of compressors, HVAC systems, pumps, furnaces, plating equipment, and other plant utilities.

Preventive Maintenance & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance checklists and records.
• Monitor machine health and identify potential electrical failures before breakdowns occur.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, spare parts consumption, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Analyze recurring electrical faults and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain electrical drawings, panel documentation, and equipment maintenance history.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all electrical safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and safe isolation practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and plant EHS requirements.
• Inspect electrical installations for unsafe conditions and immediately report/correct hazards.
• Ensure proper earthing and protection systems are maintained.
• Use appropriate PPE and ensure safe working practices during maintenance activities.
• Support safety audits and electrical inspections.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
