Senior Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Electronic Control Hardware Design: Lead the development of electronic control hardware solutions; complete schematic design and PCB layout for control units across product lines.

2. Testing & Debugging: Conduct systematic hardware testing and debugging; verify circuit performance against design specifications; identify and resolve hardware issues throughout the development cycle.

3. Reliability & Safety Compliance: Perform reliability analysis and design verification for electronic control units; ensure products meet applicable safety regulations and standards.

4. EMC Certification: Lead EMC pre-compliance testing and coordinate formal certification with accredited labs; implement design improvements to achieve and maintain EMC compliance.

5. Product Certification Management: Manage the end-to-end product certification process; interface with certification bodies and testing agencies to drive timely approvals.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams to ensure hardware-software co-design integrity and overall system reliability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. 3+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience in electronic control hardware solutions and schematic design, PCB design, testing and debugging, as well as reliability verification, safety regulations compliance, and EMC certification of control units.

3. Proficient with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence); familiar with analog/digital circuit design principles and common interface protocols.

4. Solid understanding of relevant safety and EMC standards (e.g., IEC, CE, UL, FCC); hands-on experience managing certification processes is required.

5. Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills; able to resolve complex hardware issues independently and efficiently.

6. Detail-oriented, rigorous, and quality-driven; strong cross-functional communication skills; self-motivated with solid execution ability.
