About the Role

Suitch On Innovation is looking for a hands-on Senior Embedded Hardware & Firmware Engineer to develop and test Smart Home Automation and IoT products, including smart switch boards and automation controllers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop 230V AC smart switch and IoT products.
• Develop hardware circuits, schematics and PCB layouts.
• Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++, ESP32, ESP-IDF and FreeRTOS.
• Implement Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, MQTT and OTA functionality.
• Work on relay/TRIAC control, power supply and protection circuits.
• Build prototypes, perform hardware debugging and product testing.
• Prepare BOM and support PCB manufacturing and production.
• Take products from concept → prototype → testing → production.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ESP32 / ESP-IDF / FreeRTOS.
• Embedded C/C++ programming.
• PCB schematic and layout design.
• 230V AC circuit and relay/TRIAC experience.
• Wi-Fi/BLE and IoT communication.
• Experience with testing equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscope.
• Good understanding of component selection, BOM and product development.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in ECE, Electrical, Electronics, Embedded Systems or a related field.

Preferred

Experience in Smart Home Automation, Smart Switches, IoT products, Hotel Automation or similar hardware products. Candidates who have taken a product from prototype to production will be preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a working IoT/Smart Home hardware product developed by them.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
