Senior Embryologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform all embryology procedures including ICSI, embryo culture, grading, freezing, and thawing.
• Ensure compliance with ART Act, laboratory SOPs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior embryologists and lab staff.
• Coordinate with IVF consultants and clinical teams for patient treatment planning.
• Support quality control, audits, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of IVF laboratory experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ICSI, embryology, and cryopreservation procedures.
• Knowledge of ART Act, NABL, ISO, and quality compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Salary: Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
