Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune / MECM)

Location: St Petersburg, FL (hybrid)

Seeking a Workplace Services Lead to support enterprise endpoint management and Digital Workplace services within a large-scale managed services environment . This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for modern endpoint management, device lifecycle services, and driving secure, scalable workplace solutions across global enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services, ensuring secure and reliable endpoint management.
• Design, configure, and optimize endpoint policies, compliance, software deployment, and device lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Security, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to drive service improvements and operational excellence.
• Support endpoint management across multi-cloud enterprise environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP).

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and enterprise endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, endpoint security, and compliance policies.
• Experience supporting device provisioning, software deployment, patch management, PowerShell automation, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, and/or GCP) and modern workplace technologies.
