Senior Engagement Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engagement Manager who thrives on leading complex projects, bringing structure to delivery, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

In this role, you will take ownership of major global engagements and lead projects end-to-end. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks and stakeholder management, while creating a strong and collaborative environment for the project team.

You won’t be alone. The role is part of TCP’s Engagement Management Office, bringing together experienced engagement and project management professionals who collaborate closely, share best practices and continuously raise the standard of project delivery across TCP.

What you will do

Lead major global projects end-to-end

• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead complex, cross-functional and international project teams.
• Establish a clear and effective governance structure and maintain a reliable steering cadence with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted delivery partner.
• Drive forecasting and financial control with transparency and discipline.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies and ensure they are addressed before they impact delivery.
• Ensure clear decision-making, documentation and communication throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate interfaces with AMS and other delivery areas where relevant, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Keep teams focused on outcomes and create structure and clarity in complex delivery environments.
• Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and in line with TCP’s commercial and delivery expectations.
• Support and mentor less-senior Engagement Managers and project leaders, sharing your experience and best practices.

What we are looking for

Must-haves

• Significant experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs in an international environment.
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Project Director or similar senior delivery role.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and delivery margin management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior customer executives and internal leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create clarity and confidence in complex situations.
• A pragmatic and structured mindset, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and successful delivery.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams across different countries and cultures.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in ServiceNow delivery environments.
• Experience managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs.
• Background across both agile and plan-driven delivery approaches, with the judgment to choose what fits the engagement.
• Experience working with ongoing development or AMS environments.
• Experience working with customers and delivery teams in Germany or other international markets.
