Senior Engineer – AI Workflows & Conversational Platforms

Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential extension
Expected Start Date: 1 November
Work Arrangement: Onshore roles – Sydney

Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.

The Senior Engineer will focus on hands-on development of APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices and backend services.
• Build AI workflows and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop and support conversational AI and customer interaction solutions.
• Implement integrations across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Apply automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Experience developing APIs, microservices and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering and vector search.
• Experience with conversational AI, NLU/NLP or AI-enabled customer interaction platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Pay: $600.00 – $650.00 per day
