Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Civil Engineer to join our civil construction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and be capable of handling site execution, coordination, quality, safety, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, measurements, and other project documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for construction activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate inspections and rectify quality or execution-related observations.
• Assist project management with planning, reporting, and overall project coordination.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used construction/project documentation tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with strong experience in civil construction site execution will be preferred.
• Should be willing to work at project sites in and around Bangalore as required.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and site-management abilities.
